Please allow me to introduce myself and my company.  My name is Andy Brooks.  I am the owner of Brooks CNC Routing, a company that offers a variety of services that can benefit your company.  We have the ability to handle production and any custom cutting that you may require.  Our mission is to increase our customers’ productivity by providing the highest quality service while focusing on personal service, attention to detail and “getting it right the first time”.

Our services include:

• Cutting – With our 48” x 96” bed CNC router, complex parts are no problem.  We can create uniform parts ready for assembly at your shop.  Identical pieces cut to specifications means less time wasted during final assembly.

• Carving – Detailed carving in cabinet doors, corner pieces or other work pieces can add that special something that customers are looking for.  We can reproduce the same pattern on different-sized pieces.  We can fill your order for high-quality carving, letting you concentrate on what you do best. You can choose from our wide selection of available patterns or we can create patterns from your own designs.

• Engraving –Using a v-bit, we can add engraved text for that elegant look to any work piece.  We offer a wide variety of decorative motifs, lettering and numeral styles.

• CAD/CAM Design – We offer design & production capabilities to manufacturers, sign makers and designers.  We are able to provide special designs and patterns, and can produce cut files from your drawings at an affordable price.
